Start with what “slow” means on your computer
A computer that takes minutes to start is different from a fast computer with slow internet. Tell us whether the delay affects startup, opening programs, a particular app or browsing. The timing helps us investigate the actual bottleneck.

What we can investigate remotely
With your permission, we can review system resource use, app behaviour and relevant settings. We explain a proposed change before making it. We do not recommend registry cleaners, random driver downloads or deleting files you do not recognise.
When software changes will not solve it
Clicking noises, sudden shutdowns, a damaged device or persistent disk errors may need physical diagnosis. Back up irreplaceable files if it is safe to do so. A remote appointment cannot install RAM, replace a drive or guarantee a speed improvement.

Sometimes software changes help, but older hardware may remain limited. We can investigate and explain options rather than promise a particular speed increase.
