    Email problems, explained and investigated

Cannot send an email, missing new messages or stuck at a sign-in prompt? We help identify whether the problem is your email account, device, app or provider.

Individual sessions from $79 AUD; small business support from $99/hr

Separate account problems from app problems

If webmail works but Outlook does not, the problem may be on the computer. If every device fails, your provider, mailbox quota or account access may need attention. We work through these differences before recommending a change.

    • Outlook setup, repeated password prompts and missing messages
    • Gmail and Microsoft 365 account configuration
    • Email syncing across computers and mobile devices
    • Mailbox storage and basic sending or receiving troubleshooting

    Keep existing messages safe

Do not delete an email profile or account as the first fix. Some messages, contacts or archives may exist only on that device. We ask about backups and account type before changes that could affect local mail.

Business mail needs the right access

Company email may depend on licences, admin policies or DNS settings controlled by another provider. We can investigate within your authorised access and explain what an administrator needs to check. Never paste passwords or MFA codes into an enquiry.

    Questions before booking

Can you recover an email password for me?

We can guide the account owner through the provider’s official recovery process. We cannot retrieve a provider-held password, bypass MFA or guarantee account recovery.
